Release 1.3.11 – Updates to plan options

To keep things cost-effective,  we’ve made a few changes.

1. We’ve limited the number of CCB sync accounts per subscription plan.
2. On the Basic plan, there is now a limit for private events sync and groups/campuses filtering.
