We have recently released an update for our Sign-up Forms feature, which currently integrates with Planning Center (PCO) Registrations. Sign-up Forms was initially released in beta with a limited set of functionalities for testing purposes. Since then, we have received valuable feedback from you. One of your most requested enhancements was the ability to sort forms.

Feedback about sign-up forms
Based on the feedback posted on our Feedback Board and comments received during our webinar (see example in image above), we recognized the importance of implementing a sorting option. We have now successfully added this feature to Sign-up Forms.
THE UPDATE
Here’s the update
With this update, you now have the flexibility to choose how you want to sort your forms. You will find the Sorting section in the Setup tab of your Sign-up forms display. You can choose from:
- Event start time first, then alphabetically
- Alphabetically
- Reverse alphabetically
And in each case, you can choose to have your featured events display first (or not). In other words, the ‘featured’ will override the sort for those events.
This new sorting capability allows you to organize your forms in a more efficient and customized manner, making it easier to locate and manage specific forms based on their creation or submission dates.
